Celebrate the life and achievements of Monica Quan on the Terasaki Budokan Major Donor Wall by making a donation in her memory.

Monica Lisa Quan was born August 3, 1984. Monica graduated from Walnut High School and was a star basketball player earning a spot in the Walnut HS Hall of Fame.  She played for Cal State Long Beach for two years then transferred to play for Concordia University and graduated with a degree in exercise and sport science.  Her first coaching job was a lead assistant for Cal Lutheran University before joining Cal State Fullerton as an assistant basketball coach.  Monica’s life was cut tragically short on February 3, 2013.

“She was the best of the best.  She came from a quality family and she was a quality person and we’re going to miss her,” said Fomer Fullerton Head Coach Marcia Foster.
