4 weeks of Saturday classes (March 20 – April 10, 2021)

For all ages we believe there is a proper movement pattern needed and expected of us from daily life. However we often neglect these things. Through this class we aim to create a baseline of strength, mobility and mindfulness in these foundational movement patterns to improve day to day life.

*Classes will follow CDC safety guidelines.

Be Mindful with Riki Aihara

11:30am-12:30pm

A yoga class that focuses on connecting breath and movement to create space and clarity in body and mind. Poses will be accessible to all people regardless of age or flexibility. Enjoy a practice that will be uplifting and restorative. Class will close with Tibetan singing bowls.
