SEIJI ISOMOTO MEMORIAL
Celebrate the achievements of Mr. Seiji Isomoto and the Lakers’ Organization on a Commemorative Banner (to be hung in the gym) by making a donation in his honor.
Seiji Isomoto was born on February 4, 1921 and passed away at age 66 on August 24, 1987. Mr. Isomoto was a firm believer in helping local youth and was responsible for creating several successful basketball and baseball programs for Japanese American youth. These programs provided an opportunity for young men and women to showcase their athletic skills after high school, and created a social environment that led to the development of many life-long friendships. A scholarship fund was established in 1989 in his name to recognize and acknowledge graduating Asian American high school scholar-athletes in Los Angeles and Orange Counties.
We have collected $25,200.00 of our $25,000.00 target. It is 100.80% of our goal for the Seiji Isomoto campaign
